What is LYFR ai
So Many Records Not Enough Time, What does it all Mean?
LYFR ai is built as a patient-facing, provider-ready, and enterprise-scale solution for medical assessment and health management. Imagine using your phone as a powerful hub to screen for common conditions — from mental health disorders and cognitive decline to heart and lung sounds, skin conditions, oral health, range of motion, audiometry, and beyond. Powered by our patented AI algorithms, LYFRai integrates medical history, wearable data, and scanned documents to identify gaps in care, uncover missed diagnoses, and provide evidence-based suggestions for next steps. Patients can track their progress over time, while providers gain structured insights that support accurate documentation and care planning. With simple camera or video input, even piles of paper records become an organized, user-friendly health timeline. LYFRai’s AI-assisted widgets bridge the gap between raw data and real understanding — a clinical tool designed by clinicians, for clinicians, and built to empower patients, providers, and enterprises alike.

Interoperability
Store all of your health data in one place and interpret with AI driven analytics
LYFRAI is built to connect effortlessly with the devices patients already use. From wearables like Apple Watch and Fitbit to diagnostic tools such as digital stethoscopes, otoscopes, and glucose monitors, the platform syncs health data in real time. This interoperability allows patients and providers to see a complete health picture — activity, vitals, and medical data all in one chart. With flexible APIs and FHIR standards, LYFRAI ensures compatibility today and scalability for the devices of tomorrow.

Use across Platforms
Device & Wearable Data Integration
LYFRai connects with a wide range of health devices through a multi-layer interoperability engine:
-
API Integrations: Direct connections with Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, and other device APIs to pull vitals (heart rate, SpO₂, steps, sleep).
-
Bluetooth/Local Sync: Support for smart stethoscopes, otoscopes, glucometers, and blood pressure cuffs that connect via Bluetooth or companion apps.
